To begin exploring this capacity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. SEE the video to deepen your understanding of this center.
2. OBSERVE yourself during the entire week. Use the POWERFUL QUESTIONS to guide your reflective process. We recommend you register your observations.
POWERFUL QUESTIONS
During the next week take the time to reflect on these questions:
1. What gives me pleasure (in the broad sense of the word)? The nature of my pleasure tends to be more physical-sensorial, emotional, affective, mental or spiritual?
2. Observe and describe the judgments or ethical norms that appear in your mind in relation to the quantity or type of pleasure you permit yourself. Do any of these produce guilty feelings?
3. In what ways do I perceive and experience abundance in my life?
4. How do I celebrate life? What impedes me from celebrating more often?
5. How often do you criticize yourself or over-exert yourself? How often do you excessively demand more of others and yourself?
6. Observe your thoughts, emotions and behavior: When do you exhibit a tendency towards sensory pleasure, actions pleasure, sensory compulsion and compulsion to action.

3. ACTIVATE your Joy Capacity by practicing the movements presented in the video. Use the MUSIC LINK we have provided to inspire you.
THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO MOVE.
A FEW SUGGESTIONS:
1. Exaggerate whatever movement your body wants to make
2. Express yourself through sounds
3. Keep your eyes closed while moving
4. Breathe deep
5. Allow visions, images and memories to play out during the movement.
